Extensive experience in ground systems engineering, science mission planning and scheduling, and spacecraft operations for Government sponsors including DoD and NASA. Perform software systems engineering for Earth satellites and inter-planetary spacecraft missions, from pre-launch requirements, ConOps development, testing and actual on-orbit operations (including contingency operations). Other responsibilities include supporting Sector activities such as ACE runs, trade studies, proposal preparation, serving on program review and IRAD panels. Leadership experience includes 19 years of managing and developing diverse technical staff and line supervisors in various environments (planning, analysis, operational).
