Ms. Kusterer has been a science operation center (SOC) coordinator for Parker Solar Probe, SOC Lead and Ground System lead for multiple spacecraft instruments. She has an extensive background in multi-platform analysis, processing pipeline and science planning software design, development, automation, maintenance, documentation, data production and science team support as well as conducting team meetings and managing software development. Experience includes developing and operating science operations centers for the NASA missions of CASSINI/MIMI, IMAGE/HENA, New Horizons/PEPSSI and now Europa Clipper/PIMS. She has had an active role in spacecraft instrument operations, training and operations site administration.
