Chair of an independent, government-convened team for survivability assessment. Subject matter expert across a wide range of space environmental effects, including radiation effects, spacecraft surface and internal charging, and spacecraft outgassing and contamination modeling. Served as lead radiation and charging engineer for Europa Clipper, lead charging engineer for Parker Solar Probe.
