Over thirty-seven years of total experience with over thirty-one years experience managing NASA and DOD projects.  Strengths include total life-cycle (end-to-end) technical management of spaceflight hardware development teams, programmatic cost and schedule tracking, manpower forecasting, and risk management.  NASA Programs include; TDRS, Hubble Space Telescope, LandSat 8, OSIRIS-Rex, James Webb Space Telescope, Space Station. LandSat 9, LUCY, and Dragonfly.
